The 320*240 graphic dot matrix LCD module features an STN/FSTN LCD panel of high-performance, a wide range of working temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, a high-performance backlight source with a service life of 50 thousand hours, compliance of electromagnetic compatibility and anti-static performance meeting the requirements of industrial products, low power consumption, and so on. The products can be displayed in quite a number of modes, such as white words against a blue background, white words against a black background, black words against a grey background, and so on. The module requires a voltage of 5V for operation, and features a built-in RA8835 controller and DC/DC. The product can be used in multiple sectors, such as electric equipment, industrial automatic control, man-machine interfaces, digital-controlled terminals, medical equipment, and instruments and meters. |
